Andreas Wild has a track record in the nanoelectronics industry; throughout his career, he has worked in positions such as European ASIC Engineering manager, R&D Lab Manager and Chief Technologist of the Semiconductor Products Sector. Most recently Wild worked for Freescale Semiconductor, managing research in CMOS, power, sensors and packaging technology.
Andreas Wild also co-managed the Advanced Technology function within this collaborative program, developing leading edge technology in the 90nm-32nm generations on 300mm wafers.
Andreas Wild has a master's degree from the University "Politehnica" Bucharest, and a Ph.D. degree from the Institute of Atomic Physics in Bucharest (1992), Romania. He has also authored or co-authored 23 patents as well as more than 50 technical papers, and is a fellow of the Nano Science and Technology Institute. |
