PROGRAMME OF THE EVENT - The programme for plenary talks is almost final and is displayed here (11th of March, 2007);
The European Comission is strongly represented at the level of Director/Head of Unit/Deputy Head of Unit. Among the speakers are representatives of  European Technological Platforms, as well as coordinators of representative big projects (such as IPs and NoEs) in FP6.

Please read carefully the specifications below (dated 12th of March, 2007)

The participation to the event is free of charge, however participation is subjected to the following prior conditions:
(a) registration for participation, on this site;
(b) registration in the database for matching partners http://www.nano-link.net/expl.php. Registered participants (a+b) will receive badges and a package of documentation. The badge will provide access to plenary sessions and to the brokerage. Registered participants will also have the possibility to access other facilities, as shown below.  

To make the brokerage effective the organisers are planning the activities in advance. For an active participation we are recommending the activities mentioned below:

• Brief oral presentations (4 minutes, 6 slides); please complete the form accessible here.
• Poster presentations please complete the form accessible here. We are recommending the template available here. Note the fact that the format of the database for matching partners is used, however, introduction of photos, graphs etc. is possible. The poster has to be uploaded here (to get access for the first time, register here). It will be available electronically. If the upload takes place until 19th of March, 12.00 h (CET), the poster in the recommended format will be printed and displayed in the brokerage room at no cost.
• Reservation of a special place for a dedicated meeting (22nd of March, only), at no cost, please complete the form accessible here.

Grants for participants provided by NEXUS, co-organizer of the Info- and brokerage event on 22-23 March 2007, in Bucharest, Romania offers grants for NMS and Eastern Europe participants.

People interested to apply for a grant should complete as soon as possible a short application form, available here, sign it and send it by fax at +4021 4908238 or by e-mail to Dr. Carmen Moldovan and  Mr. Alan Greatbatch.

If the application is approved, you will receive a confirmation letter. The grant will be reimbursed after performing the travel and will cover transport and accommodation, up to a maximum of 300 Euro per person or 75% maximum of travel/accommodation costs and will be paid upon:
a. Receipt of invoices with appropriate copy of receipts
b. Summary report confirming what benefits were confirmed in establishing themselves as participating in potential future FP7 programmes
